As a bartender, you'll serve drinks, chat with guests, and keep the bar area clean and welcoming. In your first six months, you are expected to build strong customer relationships, master our drink menu, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Prepare and serve drinks to guests throughout the day
Keep bar area neat, stocked, and safe
Handle cash and take orders accurately
Check guest IDs and follow safe serving rules
Work with team members to fill orders and maintain service flow
Clean counters and tools at the start and end of every shift
Greet every guest with a smile and friendly attitude
Share new ideas to make the bar better for everyone
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Good communication and listening skills
Willing to learn and follow safety rules
Available to work all shift days and times needed
Must have a New Mexico Alcohol Certification
