ITSQUEST, INC. is searching for someone who wants to help people reach their dreams of homeownership. In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage loan process from start to finish. This is a remote position, but must be located in the Lubbock area. You'll work, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You'll receive training regarding company process, making it even easier for you to learn and connect with customers.
You must be able to maintain 80 loans per year or up to 12 million in loan volume in a a 12-month period, build strong relationships with real estate partners, and become comfortable with our application technology. You will play an important part in helping improve our customer experience.
Meet with customers to understand their lending needs.
Help clients complete mortgage loan applications.
Review financial documents and explain options to borrowers.
Communicate with banks, realtors, and clients to move loans toward closing.
Resolve problems, like missing paperwork or credit questions.
Track your pipeline of loans and follow up as needed.
Support your teammates and share updates in regular meetings.
High school diploma or GED required.
Additional post secondary technical coursework or equivalent with three years of experience.
Experience with customer service, sales, or finance.
Ability to learn computer systems quickly.
Comfortable talking on the phone and by email.
Organized, good at solving problems, and able to work on multiple loans at once.
Required to meet all state and national licensing minimum standards.
